I’ve spent my career working with the numbers behind businesses — from cost accounting for one of Turkey’s largest industrial groups to managing lending for hundreds of companies at one of its biggest banks.

I began after graduating in Industrial Engineering from Kocatepe University, handling cost accounting and reporting for the textile operations of Sanko Holding, one of Turkey’s largest conglomerates. I then spent eight years at İşbank, one of Turkey’s largest banks — three years in individual lending and five in commercial lending — where I worked closely with the finances of around 450 medium and large businesses.

 

In 2020 I moved to the UK, and for the past several years I’ve provided financial consulting to growing businesses here. That mix of hands-on accounting, banking, and lending experience across hundreds of companies is what I bring to every client: a clear-eyed view of what the numbers mean and what to do about them.
